Honestly, does this really qualify as news? I for one can't make out what he says, it could be that word or something else. Are you trying to attack Joe Biden now? For possibly using a word that probably 70% of America uses on a daily basis? Not to mention this isn't even a news clip.. It's from an entertainment station.

Seems to me, in hindsight, they made a very bad decision in attempting to expand into Burke Lakefront Airport. Also in hindsight though, it's not only the donors who should be responsible for supporting these institutions of the future. If we as a city truly cared about these historic collections, perhaps we should have pushed Mayor White and other city leaders at that time to stop dragging their feet and negotiate with Western Reserve.

I'm not absolving the society of blame by any means, and the selling off of its collections is unacceptable.. but to essentially make demands like that of them and string the process through government circles for 4+ years seems like Cleveland doesn't really care about its past as much as many of us claim.

Apparently we aren't competing for this.. All of our tax dollars are tied up building websites to respond to that Forbes article.

Looking forward to seeing all the great photographs.. We just came back from a press trip to Florida and part of our visit was spent in St. Petersburg. We stayed right down the street from Tradewinds Resort at Sunset Vistas right on St. Pete Beach.

I beg to differ from Forbes.. We are headquartered 20 minutes away in Avon, OH and having traveled all over the world people just don't appreciate everything Cleveland has to offer until they leave.

This was our first city we created travel videos of and the number of great things to see and do in this city is amazing. Apologies in advance for the link, but people need to see all of the stuff to do here!

Does anyone know where I can watch the Cavs game? Every site says it's on NBATV and Fox Sports Ohio and it's not on either one. NBATV has the stupid Knicks and Fox Sports has some dumb college game.

FANTASY FOOTBALL LIVE CHAT WEDNESDAYS (10am - 4pm)

Posted by Nick Diligente on From the 50 Yard Line - cleveland.com on October 22, 2009, 9:03AM

I have been extremely busy with work so I apologize for last weeks cancellation.  Six weeks are down, most league are half way to the playoffs.  Runningback is a very disappointing position this season.  Most picks in the first two rounds of most drafts for the RBs have been busts.  Did you draft T.O, well that stinks...how about Brian Westbrook... Full story »

The Optimist Becomes The Realist

Posted by Nick Diligente on From the 50 Yard Line - cleveland.com on September 28, 2009, 11:59PM

This is very difficult to be optimistic here.  I would really sound like a nut if I try to say in any way this season is going well.  This is an absolute nightmare.  Tony Rizzo said it best Monday morning on ESPN 850, he emphatically said “My Sundays are ruined!”  Fellow fans, this stinks…nothing has gone right, and it... Full story »

Fantasy Football week two

Posted by ManginisPizzaPie on 3 And Out on September 23, 2009, 2:17PM

I officially won my first fantasy football game for the 2009-2010 season. I more than doubled my opponents score. The final score was 104.7- 56.4. I am currently 1-1 and tied for second place in my division. I had Marques Colston light up light up Philadelphia’s defense. Colston was my top scorer at 21.8. During the week I dropped... Full story »

Week one is in the books. How did you fare?

Posted by ManginisPizzaPie on 3 And Out on September 15, 2009, 2:26PM

And to think that at one point on Sunday, my fantasy football team was scheduled to score 170 points! My fantasy football team failed me and I ended up losing my first game of the season 90.1 to 80.9. Initially my opponent and I were scheduled to score roughly 130 points, but both had many players fail us. The... Full story »

Observations "From the 50 Yard Line": Minnesota

Posted by Nick Diligente on From the 50 Yard Line - cleveland.com on September 14, 2009, 8:34AM

The season may not have started like we all hoped and dreamed with the loss to the Minnesota Vikings yesterday, but the Cleveland Browns gave some reason to think we are going to get better as the year goes on. Everyone else is going to write about what they did wrong...I think we need to look at some of the... Full story »

As part of my blog I have decided to discuss something I love best, the Tailgate. Who doesn't love getting down to the stadium early enough to have a nice breakfast/lunch cooked on a grill with your fellow fans. One thing our tailgate crew has adopted is preparing a meal in relation to the team that is visiting Cleveland. The... Full story »

Draft results and my keeper

Posted by ManginisPizzaPie on 3 And Out on September 08, 2009, 2:28PM

The draft for our fantasy football league was this past weekend and I am fairly happy with my team. Below is a round by round selection of who I selected and why. Dislcaimers: 1) We play in a one keeper league. My keeper this year was Michael Turner 2) In last year's league, I did not think I would... Full story »
